Born Jordan Salud, in 1985 on the island of Oahu, I.A. is the son of the World Champion boxer Jesus The Hawaiian Punch Salud, who is a local icon to Hawaii. In July of 2007, I.A. released his highly anticipated critically acclaimed debut album The Kamaaina Classic. The album spawned hit singles Dat Island Sound featuring B.E.T. and the monstrous club anthem 808 Party. I.A. showed his skills behind the boards producing nearly half of the project. The LP sold out in stores in 2 short weeks. Prior to the debut album, I.A. has released 2 successful mixtapes(The Prequel, The Ohana Mixtape) pushing 7,000 units collectively with the debut album.
