I own the blu-ray of Beauty & the Beast and didn't feel like paying $15 a ticket to see it in 3D... I'm sure it was nice in 3D but I'm not a fan of 3D to be honest....

I really enjoyed it. I liked it enough to 100% it. If you do in fact 100% it, you get a special "bonus" level which is totally worth it.

I saw this movie, but I don't remember any of it. In fact, I could say I never saw this movie. Ever. But I don't understand why Disney expects me as a avid movie goer to pay 12.50 to see a movie that's already out on DVD. Isn't that wasting my money?

Yes, but I like the fact that I can go back into the theaters and see it on the big screen. Disney doesn't expect everyone to go out and see it, only the ones who actually love the movie.
