I didn't mean georgians are same with jews or persian, it would be silly) the talk is about SOME influences, just like Persian influence on georgian aristocracy. Georgian culture is undoubtedly unique, but there's no nation in history that is totally isolated from their neighbours' influences. We should remember we're children of one mother

Why semitic? Persians are Indo-European. Though researches show that ancient semitic cults were spread on south of Caucasus in times of babylonian captivity of jews. I heard that word "Iberia" has the same root with "Hebrew", but I can't say is it really true.

@kozzzh (Sorry, my english is bad..) I think this kind of music is "music of DINARIC RACE" (Balkan, Caucasus, Carpathia...). Every racial type has its own music style.
