This was a good video. I like that she recommended products that are free of hydroquinone which is known to cause ochronosis. Black people and other people of color have more melanin in the skin which reacts differently than white skin when certain chemicals are applied. This video does not advocate skin bleaching, it simply demonstrates the safe way to correct pigmentation issues in brown skinned individuals such as myself. Thank you!

I don't see anything wrong with this video. If we're going to use skin lighteners, it's better to use a safe one. I liked the video. At some point we may need to use a lightener to correct a blemish. What's wrong with that? It's my right as a human being. Yes, I'm black.

@HentaiSweetie actually lightening only works if you are light to begin with! i dobt someone with alek wek's skintone can be fair. there is one product that can do really lighten..but its for people with vitiligo. Many people lighten. There are even blacks who sunbathe to get a tan. There are whites liek dita von teese who prefer to be paler. So lightening isnt meant for a specific group of ppl.
