He messed up literally in his first couple of sentences. "We have 2 core customers, we have sellers and buyers"..errrmm......no ! BUYERS ARE NOT CUSTOMERS OF EBAY. Sellers are customers of Ebay. Sellers pay fees, buyers do not. A customer is someone who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron. Buyers on Ebay do not/have never/ will never pay a single penny for the use of the Ebay service. This common mistake is so annoying and I feel the need to correct it at any point I can.

Ebay's feedback changes were to mask real reasons!!
It was not about Who's right or wrong.
It was never about a good seller or bad buyer.
The feedback change was really about paypal and ebay manipulating buyer and turning them into FEEDBACK ROBOTS AS A TOOL TO OPPRESS SELLERS.
The whole phony DSR Crap was really never about feedback itself.
It was about keeping sellers down and oppressed and keeping them paying full fees and never really connecting to the SO-CALLED DISCOUNT That ebay dangled.
