PowerPlatform training combines moves found in Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, Ballet and Martial arts. It is a completely non-impact form of exercise that works the body and brain in the upright position and uses only the weight of the body as resistance. This training works to integrate the muscle groups building core strength, coordination, flexibilty and balance.
