This guy was a rookie last year, and I hope he gets signed. He is 6 foot 9 inches, and a 3 point specialist. That's always going to help a team out, especially one that can draw big man out of the post to make it easier for West to post up, James to drive, and Shaq to play 1 on 1.
His last game, he played 38 minutes, got 21 points, shot 8-14, 4-7 in 3's, 5 boards, 3 assists. He should be a great bench player.
It means that he's not guaranteed a contract. If he plays well in the preseason, the Cavs can, and probably will, sign him. If he plays bad, they are not obligated to sign him if they don't want to.
