When I first started out in hho. my early cells were of just any tupperware container. I had a lot of those little water bottle containers. what I used to do for simple tests, was I would go down to ace hardware and get some 1/4 in tubing some 1/4 in barbs, sheet metal( my original cells were of iron and aluminum but I requested for thin stainless steel now they stock it..)for the plates, and some nylon bolts washers nuts. then I would take the water bottle lid then cut, go to next post down.

then cut the barbs in half.drill a hole in the lid then epoxy them on. the same was done on the large container for an outlet.the lid should come off in case of a back fire. i cut the plates then drilled holes in them so that + was on one end and - was on the other and that is where I made my connections. then I ran wires out of the side filled it up with water then turned it on at first you my not see many bubbles.but if you are testing with a car battery then add some salt or baking soda.next

the plates were 6 in long,2in wide. the holes drilled were 1/2 in down,2 1/2 in down, and 4 1/2 down the center.using the bottom two holes for nylon bolts i inverted the plates for pos or neg connections. for neutral plates I cut of the 1/2 in part. then I got long stainless steel bolts ran them through the + and -, then out the side then put the nut on for connections. pm me and let me know If you need anything good luck.
