Stéphane Lambiel - 2003 Worlds QR (amazing)

This is the program and performance that made me fall absolutely in love with Stephane Lambiel. Chocolat is one of my favourite soundtracks, and it was skated to with brilliant choreography and musicality by the magical Stephane Lambiel. He was doing transitions with such fluidity long before they became important under CoP. This is one of my favourite LP's of all time for the musicality, the choreography and the sheer joy.

My favorite Lambiel free skate. Chocolat was the perfect music for him. Sitting in the audience for this skate, I can say I jumped out of my seat at the conclusion of the performance. Thanks for posting this. It had been up previously on Youtube, but had disappeared for a period. I'm glad it's back.

What a great performance this was--I too was in the audience, and remember telling my sisters before the performance, "Watch this kid spin", and did my words ring true! The audience was amazed, and so were we! I miss seeing him skate--he had a style all his own.

My God the marks were awful. Wonderful program and performance I always love his choices in music. Every choice he made suited him, he was wonderful to watch.

He is only 17 years old then, but I can already see the future skater STAR. He's got it all ( his spinning , jumping ability ) above all he skates with the music. Superb quality.
