His assistant tries to dispose of it but theres also s storm so thunder shakes the ground making him spill it on the nearby estblishment that a electrion,Max Dillan, is working on it when it is hit by lightning.Dillan now can conduct, manipulate, shoot electricity. How will spiderman battle someone that would shock him instantly?
