u hit the dent wotj dry ice for a bit then u hit it with a heat gun. the hot to cold will pop it out. this does not work everytime tho. big dentsor creases will need more work...

Or maybe, just maybe, paintless dent removal does work. But if you insist it's fake; why wouldn't the person use photoshop instead of causing thousands of pounds worth of damage for the point of one video. Wooow.... i wish i could throw away money willy nilly.
