Rescue Operation at Rayfish Footwear

Last night we rescued over 200 stingrays at the Rayfish Footwear fish farm, where this immoral company creates hideous sneakers from transgenic stingray leather. We hit them hard!

ummm, if you guys want to make a good fraudulent video, do spruce up on basic ray taxonomy. The only real rays we see in this video are SKATES. Google up Raja sp., or Leucoraja sp, and learn how to tell the difference between a skate and a stingray. The ray on the table is a skate and the one being handled and placed in the bin is a SKATE. The others in the bins are so plastic and fake it's hilarious. Good for a film class but you're not fooling anyone

He's right, this is staged - the Rayfish corporation doesn't exist. It's not a registered Thai business, a lot of the photos that appear on its site can be traced back to stock images, and transgenics is not yet at a stage where "bio-customisation" is possible. EXIF data on their press release PDF can be traced back to a NextNature employee.
