THAT'S IT!!! THANKYOU!!

It took me about a month to finally do the splits. I had been trying to figure out how to do this for years.
It comes down to these stretches (and similar ones), holding them for at least 2 minutes each and consistently doing it on a daily basis (I did it more like 5x a week).

  • @chelseajoy2 When you can almost do the splits you gotta really stick to it because this COULD be your plateau stage. If you get stuck, let me know!

  • @RiverBug123 I recommend you meet up with a professional dancer. Anyone who is stretching the correct stretches for 3 hours a day for 7 months should be able to do the splits and a multitude of other things. The real issue you are having is you are not understanding the proper placement of your body in the position. So you'll need more than just a youtube video to help! Also, you may have possibly injured yourself.

  • OMG thank you!! I'm a dancer and i used to be able to do the splits, but then I injured my right leg but now I'm recovering from and I've been trying to work on my splits again, and this video is actually helpful, unlike one of my dance teachers... THANK YOU!!

  • omg ive been doing this but i think its wierd that this does kinda take yor breathe away...the breathing is nessacery.

    the stretching is getting easier every day, im alot more flexable thnak you for sharing this with us, very helpful.

  • My first day doing the stretches. I'll be back in a month to tell you my progress. I'm not that far from the ground to begin with but yeah:)
