I think it is all about making money and a name for one's self. Because everyone can benefit from yoga yet the people who needs it the most are too poor to afford it! I'm going to take what I can from all religion and create my own spirituality!

That is an interesting interpretation... good luck with creating your own spirituality. I hope that works out good for you. I agree with you that yoga is for everyone; that yoga can benefit all. But not all are interested in yoga. Yoga is not for everyone.
This dance, to me, was a creative endeavor by artists who are expressing themselves and paying homage to all teachers everywhere (the slide show were pictures of many wise teachers over time.)
