See how to create a logical TRUE / FALSE formula for conditional Formatting using the VLOOKUP function and mixed cell references to highlight the rows where sales people have fallen below the quota. This tricks involved an approximate match with VLOOKUP to get the TRUE FALSE formatting applied.

  • hi. could u help me with this? there are two spreadshees with almost the same data(some of them are with different values or formats). if i wanna find out the diffenences between these two and highlight them. what should i do? conditional formatting rule manager cannot be applied to two spreadsheets... thank you
