Discovery makes her final landing at the Kennedy Space Center Shuttle Landing Facility at noon on Wednesday, March 9th, 2011. STS-133 was the 39th and final flight for Discovery, which spent 365 days in space, orbited Earth 5,830 times and traveled a total of 148,221,675 miles.
Also in this video: Dr. Samuel C. C. Ting, Nobel laureate and principal investigator for the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer, scheduled to fly to the International Space Station aboard space shuttle Endeavour on April 19th.
