  • great vid! i would just add that purchasing a SCOBY Starter can save you up to a month of waiting for a new SCOBY colony to become vibrant enough to brew good kombucha. On my FAQ page i explain several advantages of purchasing a SCOBY Starter that has been nurtured for 6 weeks before we let it out of the lab.
