(Umemployment rates ) Unemployment rates were released today from the Nevada Department of Training and Rehabilitation The unemployment rates in the state of Nevada has rised this month for the the first time this year. The Nevada Statewide unemployment rate is 12.4% Las Vegas 13.8% Reno-Sparks 13% Carson City 12.5% Elko Micropolitan Area 7.7% the unemployment rate for the entire United States is 9.2%

(Reid Reader) Senator Harry Reid commented on the report release today by the Nevada Department of training and rehabilitation. He states, that after five months of decreasing unemployment in Nevada, today's report is disappointing and a clear indication that job creation must continue to be the top priority.

(Scream it like you mean it) The popular music tour "Scream it like you mean it" is traveling throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, Nick Moore owner of Threadz Clothing Company spoke to us last night during the concert.




(Breathe Carolina) The Hall & Oats of electropop spoke to News 46 exclusively yesterday at their headlining appearance at "Scream it like you mean it" We speak to Kyle Even & David Schmidt from Breathe Carolina
The name Breathe Carolina came from a dream that Schmitt had in 9th grade, about calming down a woman named Carolina.

(Symphony Animal Foundation) Laraine Russo-Harper will be at the 'Smiles Across Pahrump" tomorrow at Ian Deutch Memorial Park. She let us in on the latest with her proposed animal rescue.
