I just caught this fairly large bristle worm in my little 10 gallon saltwater aquarium. Like most of the stuff in this tank, it may or may not be a good thing but it keeps things interesting. There are several smaller bristle worms in this tank that probably came on some live rock. This one is the biggest one I have seen in this tank and I like it (good or bad)

There are many of these bristle worms in my little 10 gallon tank now. The largest one I have seen is between 5 and 6 inches long. They are obviously reproducing in this tank. I have seen one larger one dragging a drowned bug (lady bug looking thing) into the rocks, probably to eat. I feed them a small pinch of fish food every couple days.

  • Do you have any videos with better color? It could be a fireworm. You definitely do not want to get stung by it!
