I know there's some good stuff in there somewhere. But it's incredibly difficult to follow what he's doing. Instead of saying, "Now I'm going to show you the xxx tool, which tells you yyy and helps you improve zzz," he wiggles the cursor around (he knows where he's pointing it, we don't) and says, "This is another useful tool."
I'll do myself some basic tech writing off this video and make lists.
It could have been worse, like maybe saying, "Here's this thing, it does, you know what I mean..."
