I made a desktop humidor a while back and decorated it with pasted on cigar bands...looks pretty cool.

I only keep bands of memorable smokes. Like maybe if I smoke a cigar for the first time, I'll write the date on the back and store it in a box. Or if I smoke with a buddy, I'll have him or her put their initials on the back of their band and add it to the box. I have a few hundred so far.

I currently have 3 of my favorites a Brick House, Drew Estate Natural, and a Nestor Miranda Special Selection flattening out in between the pages of my bible. I might start the scrapbook thing myself.

your eyes scare me.... they look like they are going to jump at me and fry my brain.

Awesome video Doc, I honestly just put my cigar bands in one of my wooden cigar boxes, I never thought of doing something with the bands like you have but you gave me some inspiration, thanks!!!!

great ideas, i liked the scraped book one, i might do it hehe, and would it be too much to ask for ur screensaver? or somewhere i can download it o.o

@boy4everjoy Actually, my screensaver only works on a Mac and is just part of the way the operating system handles display sleep. I put all of the photos in a directory and tell the system to use that directory when going in to display sleep. I looked in to creating a screensaver system that would work across platforms, but I couldn't find a solution that looked good.

@MrMiguelSR1 There are only a few books that I can recommend. For general cigar knowledge about all things cigars: The Tobacconist Handbook, by Jorge Armenteros. For cigar reference (Cuban cigars): An Illustrated Encyclopedia of Post-Revolution Havana Cigars. And, for Non-Cuban cigars: Perelman's Pocket Cyclopedia of Cigars (2010 edition). I hope that helps.
