  • I made such a construction, but I think it's too sharp what makes exercises almost unworkable. Could you give me precise instructions how to make the construction well? Mine is 30-60-90 (30 to the bottom), but still is too sharp. Thanks a lot!!!

  • @woprlukecin should be 25° the front angle, that's the only important angle...so 25-65-90.

    Yes.. of course the diagnosis has to be patellar tendinopathy (Jumper's knee). You should not do these exercises to treat other condition.

    There are scientific articles about these exercises that have promising results and have same/better results compared to other ways of treatment.. Although no one can give you a 100% guarantee that it will help you too, it is recommended doing these exercises to reliev you from pain and also to postpone surgery or make it unnecesary.
