I would like to see a regular home, the same size, built with time lapse. I would bet it looks the same. I have seen buildings put up so quickly that I have gotten lost in my own neighborhood. One day there would not be a building and a few days later, poof, there it is!

The actual time from delivery of this home to close of escrow was only 56 days!

What you see time lapsed is 4 months, which includes the landscaping, cement and extra work which the home owner subbed out himself.

Average site-prep to home completion is only 60 days under normal conditions.
