Are these meant to be a seperate work out? Or a warm-up before your weight training?

The shoulder stuff with the bar could be done before all your workouts. The push ups, ladder drills, etc. could be a speed / agility workout on their own if you like.

This is good for advanced trainers as well. Just increase the reps and reduce the rest periods between sets to jack up the training intensity.
