When the weather is lousy and you still want to get some time in, rollers are tough to beat. But trying to mount and dismount a bicycle with only the frame rails to stand on is very dangerous. Here is my solution.

  • @solarjunkie1965 As these rollers are over 30 years old they aren't even close to the same dimensions to the ones that are currently being made. The general idea is a piece of plywood partially supported on the frame of the rollers and about a dozen 2"x4"s cut to the same height of the roller frame to support the rest of the plywood piece/platform.
