I wanted to get a surgical nose job before but so glad i found this out as i was a bit worried about the final results , pain, swelling etc. I like in the Uk..have never heard it been done in the Uk before.
I have a big nose and rather shows that when i smile. hate the side view of my face. small but noticable hump in the middle of my nose, especially when i smile. so i wondered if this procedure could sort these problems out?

Can you perform a bone grind on my nose? There's a bump in the middle of the nose and it needs to be straightened.
