Way back in 1989 (aprox) when one of the original screen used movie Deloreans from Back to The Future was on it's world tour here in Australia, I knew I had to go and check it out. I was there for 2 physical days, all day long, both days and security had to clear me frequently as my drool from the overhead lookout was becoming a problem for shoppers below :) To me this was the ultimate and many things changed this day and you can see the look of shock on my face when I'm sitting in the car, of which in my zealous attempts to inhale everything inside the car, I actually locked myself in hoping that it would take the fire brigade at least a day to get me out :) Looking back now with much more informed information I realise many things about this car that I didn't know before, but I'm just greatful that I got a once in a lifetime opportunity like this on film. There are too many things to say about the car to fit here, but basically I was able to get this rare video using my BTTF movie camera (how ironic) and soon after this I started working on a number of time machine cars until I too ultimately had a fully constructed and working Delorean time machine of my own sitting in the garage too. Apparently this car was used in background shots on set hence why the detail was critical, but in any case it is screen used and authenticated. In case you're wondering why the flux capacitor looks the way it does, well that's because that's the best I could swap I could build on short notice - they still can't work out where the original one went - maybe in time they will :) I hope you enjoy my video as truly this day is where it all began, so put your feet up and sit back and enjoy this very rare video! Cheers, Doc Braun :)
