Cops Shoot Bouncer Dead

White's brother claims that the bouncer took the pistol from a bar patron, and that White had been turning his life around. Police say they fired at a 43-year-old man as he fired shots. Police responding to a wild barfight in Brooklyn shot him dead and wounded a second man. Timothy Stokes, the club DJ, said that the fight, which had people throwing bar stools at each other, started when someone spilled a drink on a female patron shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday at the Norwood Palace in Cypress Hills.
