Trying to sell an empty home can be risky. Not every prospective can imagine the full potential of a home without the benefit of strategically placed furniture and accents.

Cortney DeArmond of Brook Furniture Rental staged this formerly bare 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner loft condo for listing broker, Nicholas Apostal of the Apostal Group of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Cortney's goal was to capture the contemporary feel of this newer building located at 909 W Washington, Unit 513, a prime West Loop location. You will see in this video, furniture, artwork and accents that are the perfect fit, helping bring this condo to life.

Home staging is a relatively new phenomenon in the real estate market, and not everyone has become aware of its value. Realtors such as Nicholas who use stagers, contend that it can have a dramatic impact on the market time for a home, especially in today's crowded, highly competitive market.
