This is so wonderful. I've never seen these. My grandfather helped build that city and it looks like it was once beautiful. So what happened? Why are parks unkept, buildings tagged and trash all around? Aren't most of these subdivisions liek co-ops? Why don't the residents help take care of their lawns, pick up their garbage and help fund maintanance and general upkeep? What's happening? Such a beautiful city...

@killerkat74 All i know, is that it is the cheapest of the appartments in Krakow that is located in Nowa Huta now adays - so i bed many people who live out there, are eigther very poor or recieve a very low sallery for the work they do at their daily job.

@hotello2009 To nie tak . Socjalizm był parszywym ustrojem ale potrzebował roboli. I ja pracowałem ale uważałem, że pracuję na utrzymanie rodziny a nie dla komuchów. Co teraz wybudowano?

I expect the place will eventually improve. The Poles are a resilient people. But it should take awhile.
