  • @linwooddeaton The individuals in the unions are part of the 99%. We're not going to keep out unions, just like we're not going to keep out rich people. If they want to march with us, fine. They will have to realize, however, that we will be taking away their ability to give unlimited donations like corporations. We want money out of politics, special interests, unions, and corporations. We aren't letting unions speak for us, just march with us.

  • There are some very smart people in this country.-even now, I’m feeling that certain type of honor when I watch and listen to my fellow countrymen speak out like this gentleman here. A true patriot!

  • @linwooddeaton The difference between Unions and Corporations is that the union is made up entirely of the members of the work force in your field or occupation. The workers band together in order to take their grievances to an employer in order to negotiate fair work conditions or practices. So the interest of the unions is of that of its' employees receiving fair treatment and decent wages. Where as with a corporation's interest is solely for the advancement of itself.

  • Yet Obama has been bought by unions which were given the same rights at the same time the corporations were. why are the OWS folks allowing the unions to be part of their movement? NO SPECIAL INTERESTS.

NO PUBLIC UNIONS. If you want to pay to work for someone, good for you. You can arbitrate with the corporation. You can't arbitrate with those who will are voting for themselves.

  • WOW
