@claton95 Because he's not a long shot !you are just buying into the media hype telling you that, as intended. He wins so many online polls by HUGE margins ( many taken down immediately because it does not fit their agenda). He wins most straw polls- was only 152 votes behind Bachmann in Iowa - and her team admitted they bought and passed out 4000 tix and gave a "free" Randy Travis concert -but only after you voted.How do you think those ticketholders voted ? What Ron Paul was saying during the debates seemed so unreal that it couldn't be true. After watching the debates I decided to research and educate my self on the history of the United States. After days of studying this is what I learned: Ron Paul was not lying, I have been misinformed about policys and actions taken by our government, I have changed my vote. I am voting for Ron Paul because I am tired of smoke and mirrors. He is telling the truth, and it feels good.

Seriously RJ, I can't explain my points in one comment and it's hard to discuss a complex issue here. Try to at least learn more about Obama and Ron Paul because I can see that you do not know everything there is to know about them. Obama is smooth talk and may appeal to you if you do not know what's behind it. Watch some videos with Ron Paul, Tom Woods, Peter Schiff, Doug Casey and others. Obama isn't doing a good job at all. I've been where you are, I used to like Obama, not anymore.
