Or was there just additional footage shot after the song and spliced onto the music?

A pretty sweet music video that looks like it didn't cost very much to make. Great acoustic sounds, ambient noise almost nonexistent. Was this done with two cameras or a camera and a separate sound recording device? I see the camera go into the kitchen and another room, but I still hear the music in the living room as though it's still right there, where the sound and video come back together toward the end. Good stuff.
