Thank you for posting this. I'm trying to break this triangle. My therapist identified it for me awhile ago as the Karpman Drama Triangle. I'm in the early stages though. At this point from some reading materials I was advised to rid myself of all shame or guilt and that would remove me from the triangle. So far there are results. Increased self-awareness was my starting point. Thanks again!
