    Spot on. I agree with every word in this video. If you don't treat abs like any other muscle (developed through hypertrophy), you wont see them.

    Get, or use, a Roman chair. There is one at the dojo I go to. As Elliot says, the full range of motion, and possibly adding a little weight like holding a 50lb kettlebell, allows the reps to go from say 50 to like 10.
