When Jackie started she was invited by Streats.com to open at Home Depot, nowadays, it's considerably more difficult and costly. Not impossible though. Many people still make the commitment and are able to set up in one of Americas busiest retail outlets.

Love your cart and how you do your set up, you remind me of me, I do the set up almost like you, I sell the dogs, sausages, brats and keibasa. toppings you are right on, the onion sauce goes on everything. thisis a great business and you make lots of money, my wife calls me a pole dancer, I come home with that many ones.

@msjackie0h I am pleased to hear it. I'm in CT so I don't think I will ever be able to try you out unfortunately. My wife just started a cart and you were one of her inspirations. I had to talk her out of a HD spot. I don't think she understood what you have to go through to get a HD. But I got her on Main St with no rent and she's making a small killing. Two news paper articles so far and possibly a news station will be doing a story on her. Anyway, thanks for setting us straight and good luck

@gettingitfirst4 Unfortunately I am not retired and my carts are not for sale. I now have 3 HD locations.

The cart on Hot Dog profits was sold almost a year ago. I asked for it to be removed. I guess it wasn't.
