Philippine President visits India

Visiting Philippines President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Indian Presidential Palace in New Delhi today. Arroyo was received at the "Rashtrapati Bhavan" by Pratibha Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Arroyo paid a floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and met Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee. Later, during her meeting with Singh, talks on trade and investment were on the agenda

@MrRdtheman Oh for fucks sake, Aquino is an incompetent buffoon. He has done NOTHING for the past year, GDP is going down ever since he stepped into office. GMA worked on the GDP growth for years and keeping it on a positive level during the 2008 recession and after 6 months of Aquino's rule it never gained again.

Well at least what GMA had been doing is strengthening ties with our allies and neighbors. Either way, many Indians live here in the Philippines and many Filipinos also work in India. It's about time to strengthen ties on a diplomatic level.

we love indians and my fellow filipinos. i think the only problem is our government in the philippines. however, we would like to inform indian citizens that our former president gloria macapagal arroyo is already under the verdict of President Noynoy Aquino. Pres. Noynoy is the best rather than gloria . He is more sincere in the filipinos and indians. Peace be with you, indian people.

@sonyplaystationrules di naman kami galit sa indian,wag lang pangungunahan nang pagmamataas!lalo na kumpara sa bansa mo...kasi wala kang ipagmamalaki coz i know how indian living condition is far worst than what we have in the philippines......and i work with indian ...in fact majority of indian abroad earning less than what filipino earn ....KAYA wag kang magmalaki......
