smokeweedeveryhour, I doubt you know the first thing about training with a name like that. Punching hard objects STRENGTHENS the bone density of your hands. Eventually your hands bone will become STRONGER than stone if you stay at it. So yea, thats not stupid, that just shows you know NOTHING of hard work and dedication to hard body training. I hit a post for hours midway through my formal marital arts training and its served me well professionally so far. Rock lee is pretty cool.
