Mayor McShurley vs Monte Murphy

Here is the 2nd half of the Mayors time April 7th. This is Monte Murphy expressing his concerns over the city closing 150 feet of fishing space for only 30 days while the city evaluates the erosion of the parking area not to mention reports of some sort of problems involving the people using this area. Whatever the residents are complaining about, it's surely some sort of deviant behavior and warrants investigating before someone sues the city for allowing whatever it is that's happening out there to happen while having knowledge of the problem. Doing nothing about a problem they have knowledge of is tantamount to condoning it.

Councilman Murphy's priorities are out of sync with reality in my opinion, which will be no big surprise to most citizens of Delaware county.
