and THANKS for the help BKeeny. I've been on the RB forums and received helpful info from you and alot of others who selflessly use your time helping us who are not programming experts.

I don't know what Danny wants to call programming. I spent 1 week building a program in Realbasic that brought in 34k revenue in 1 year. Sure, I coulda used VB and spent 6 months trying to get the same job done to make the same 34k, but that would be akin to telling Porsche "I want to buy a car, but I'd like it special built so that it takes me 10 times longer to do repairs than it should really take"........keep using your software Danny

Are you serious? A video devoted to using a checkbox control? This is why apps written with RB are so often atrocious; RB developers can knock an interface together but if you ask them about RAII, the Flyweight pattern or Divide and Conquer algorithms and they will just stare at you blankly. This is not programming.

This is just 1 video out of over 100 and 9 minutes out of over 20 hours that are available to learn REALbasic. We all start somewhere, and yes, beginners have questions on what the checkbox does and how it works.
