Welcome to the new season of Peralta Matters! We are remembering the history of the Peralta Colleges with a two show series of discussions with some of our retirees. First, we are joined by Jerry Herman, president of the Peralta Retirees Organization, who tells us about the founding and building of Laney and the Peralta Colleges. Next up is Jay Quesada, long time employee of both Laney College and the College of Alameda. Finally, Linda Japzon of College of Alameda talks about the changes she has witnessed there.
