@Puarangi Thank you for letting me know -- apparently I have the same issue on the other one too. I'll see if I can sort out my systems and do better. You comment is useful and thank you for taking the time to do that

I use firefox and logitech headset. I increased the volume on that as much as possible, but still could only hear you very faintly, unfortunately.

@Puarangi I am sorry - I don't know why that is it comes through fine when I check it on all browsers. Can you confirm your browser - I'd hate things to stay bad withouit me trying to do something about it. Cheers. Kay
