  • i bet that kid with the coach is fucking amazing

  • i love hitting this in the 3rd period

  • This is all i shoot for ! it almost always works !

  • get "how low you can go II" by john smith if you want to see the real deal. the only thing i dont like is how he leaves that trail leg behind. john smith says not to leave the trail leg behind, because you might get extended and end up on your belly. what i do like is the hip heist action at the end and cutting the corner to finish the takedown. its a good video though.

  • u cant do the other leg...

  • this move is great in wrestling. i wouldnt use it as a first move though. i find it most effective later in the match when your opponent is tired.

  • low single is an excellent move, every single time i have hit it and made contact with the back of their leg i have scored from it. You have to be careful wrestling smart opponents though, they will be open to it and generally have a good defence to it. I am known for attacking low on my opponents legs like ankle picks and low singles and getting to their back from underneath. No one teaches a good defence to that so it's what i hit. low singles are perfect if you can get a good set up.

  • @sskkeet27 Not always, a few of the times i've hit this move my opponent dove back on my leg and we went into a funk roll/scramble situation which can go either way, but if you can react and finish it's an awesome move
