Very, very impressive.
It's hard to stay open to a completely different interpretation of a classic that's such a signature tune for one artist.
That goes double if that artist usually plays in such a distinctive way as Albert King has done w/ this one.
And it goes at least triple if it's one of your personal long-time favorites.
So I was heavily primed to hate this - til I listened to it.
Credit where it's due; this is good -- very good.
