Sounds very much like it is taken straight from the Hugh's Showroom acoustic strawbs DVD. I think there may be audio from the concert, other than that this is absolutely the acoustic strawbs of Cousins, Lambert and Willoughby (Not Cronk)

I never listened much to the Strawbs when I was growing up. This song is a masterpiece.
