Machines to wind brushless outrunner motor stators, designed and built by students in ENGR480 Manufacturing Systems at Walla Walla University School of Engineering. This is the second year that stator winding machines have been built for the class project.

  • looking good. you would be better off making the wire guide out of lexan. there a lot of rubbing there. had any shorts in the windings?

  • Nice...  But isn't this scratching the insulation? The 2007 result was quite good I think. It looked like it was more gentle with the wire.
