@xHikalicious 0:46~0:59 Leonardo da Vinci made many famous religious paintings. In most religious paintings, including da Vinci's, God is depicted as a human. He's questioning this - he's heard about and seen pictures of God, but why is God depicted as human when nobody's ever seen him? For Noda, this is an act of pride. Humans are so full of themselves that they would depict the most supreme being of the universe as a human as well. They've basically constructed religion to benefit themselves.

@AliceParade13 Nope. I'm religious and I love RADWIMPS to death. This song is really about the foolish and selfish aspects of humans. It refers to religion as one of the ways humans try to cover up their faults - they act selfishly and recklessly, yet they claim that they'll head to a peaceful afterlife because they believe in "religion." The point of the song is to criticize those people who think they can do whatever they want in their current life just because they'll have an "afterlife."

So...I guess I'm the only religious person who likes this, huh? //twiddles thumbs//
@nimbleline
I'm not sure if they could...Well, I'm not entirely aware of what mainstream U.S. artists sing about anyway. Also, I'm aware that this song is not just about religions, but also about foolish human beliefs in general. A very opinionated song; that's what i love about this band!
