The CMMG .22 conversion kit, blued steel. Also comes in stainless. This is a great choice if you need to stay keen with your ar15 skills and not spend as much money. According to CMMG you will pay for the conversion kit in savings after 1000 rounds. I have found this kit to be amazing if you get it to work. For mine it took some tinkering with, but it was worth it.
Estimated price range: 130-200$

  • @jperales29 im srry to inform you but brian or hcddwarhero passed away a while back due to injuries from being hit from a car R.I.P

  • @HCDDWarhero thanks for the vid! what were the problems u had with it? failure to feed? and where did u get your kit? and for how much?

  • I am so sorry to learn about is passing. No words can be offered that can sooth the pain caused from the sudden lose of a loved one. But I offer them for what little comfort they may provide. My most heart felt and sincere condolences for your loss. I lost my only sister to a car accident back in 93 and there is not a day that goes buy that she is not thought of.

  • The problems I have had were caused by the CMMG mag itself. The mechanism worked fine with Federal HP jacked .22 ammo. (Cheap stuff from wally world)

  • @fraytownfights its not that much smaller, for instance if u took a .22 bullet and tried to fit it into the barrel from the muzzle, u will not be able to push the bullet in at all, its that tight of a fit.

  • ive used a few different ammo boxes on this winchester did not work, wasnt the kits fault ammo didnt work in my browning or revolver. love this kit

  • The CMMG Stainless Steel .22 Conversion Kit I got, gets stuck in the upper.

  • RIP BRIAN

Anyone who knows, If you are converting to a .22 rifle and your barrel is originally for a .223 isnt the .22 bullet a tad bit smaller than the barrel? I cant figure out how the bullet would grip the rifling.

  • This was uploaded the day before he was hit and killed on his bike out front.
