Keith Olbermann on gun control

I'm sorry but I disagree with Mr. Olbermann on gun control. Guns don't kill, they just sit there. There is only one way to keep those serving us from controlling us. The threat of revolution with l...

Keith Olberman, as a tyrant, would of course oppose that notion.

You mean... weak, low-profile liberals like...Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama? Yeah, when was the last time Olberman had George Bush, John McCain, or any high-ranking Republican on his show?

George Bush or McCain would refuse to go on his show if invited. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are clearly not afraid of scrutiny.

How do you know this? It sounds like baseless speculation to me. The fact is that Olberman hardly has any high-profile Republicans on his show. Why doesn't he invite Bill O' Reilly on his show? I'm sorry, but unless you can provide good, solid evidence that shows Olberman invited a very high profile person from the Republican party onto his program, you're wrong.

Than why is he still on the air? He believes only things viable and in place during 1776 should be covered by the Constitution. Television was not around, so why is he still on the air?

I guess since Olberman believes the 2nd Amendment only applies to firearms of the era, that he also believes that the 1st Amendment only applies to speech and press of the era? So aside from direct verbal and some locally printed news-papers every other form of communication can be banned? No cell-phones, no Internet, no land-lines...no television? So why doesn't he remove him-self from the air?

Saying that the 2nd Amendment only protects right to keep 18th-century weapons is like saying 1st Amendment only protects speech and print made before Bill of Rights passed. Anything after could only copy.

let me read off a specific part of that ammendment

The right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms will not be infringed.
by the way, it does not say arms from 1776 it just says arms. a pistol is a firearm, shotgun is a firearm, MSNBC is retarded
