@ekaragoz28 they didn't say there was Shit all over the floor, but there probably was. And, as you said, thin gs break. The toilet may have been old, maybe broken before and repaired. The Plaintiff may have known that the toilet was in notb the greatest shape, and was trying to get her friend to buy a brand new toilet. They didn't say how old the toilet was, but if it was quite old, the defendant should not have to buy a brand new toilet.

@whitekeith18 But, supposedly a new toilet would cost her in the hundreds, about $600. Some people sue for that amoun t. But, i agree, she should not have sued. The Plaintiff comes on , to me, anyway as not a very nice person. She couldn't have been a very nice friend. Maybe if she would have been nicer to her "Friend", the friend might have offered to even go in half. And the toilet might have been old, they didn't say the age of the toilet. Again, she comes on as not very nice,

@Hitspam Wow, is that an Exaggeration, HA HA, The defendant might be 300-400 pounds? i'm notb a good judge on estimating weight. But., let's say she is 400 #---The force of 1000 hammers--Then, if a person 400# has force of 1000 hammers--then a person 200 # would be the force of 500 hammers--a person 100 # would be the force of 250 hammers? Don't think so HA HA.
